AHRC NYC is looking to hire an Employment Support Coordinator (ESC) (also known as Employment Skills Coordinator) for their Day Program in Manhattan.
The ESC plays a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities by providing comprehensive training, evaluations, and counseling. This position focuses on facilitating skill development and enhancing job readiness for participants in both job sites and community settings. The expected outcomes for the role include enhancing participant employability through skill acquisition and effective work behaviors, as well as supporting successful job placements and long-term career growth.
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm with some flexibility for start and end times
Salary: $35,000 per year
PLEASE NOTE: This role will be performed out in the Community for the majority of the day.
