⭐️ What you will be responsible for ⭐️

We are looking for an experienced Field Marketer to join Alan’s team in Spain. The core purpose of this role is to open doors to Sales by strengthening Alan's reputation and awareness amongst HRDs and generating business opportunities through targeted field initiatives.

Here is how your key outcomes will look like:

  1. Execute high-impact field events: Organize and run strategic events targeting HR professionals, ensuring measurable business outcomes.

  2. Build and maintain HR network relationships: Establish and nurture key partnerships with HR influencers and decision-makers.

  3. Increase Alan’s brand presence in the Spanish HR ecosystem: Drive engagement and visibility through field marketing, content, and partnerships.

  4. Generate business opportunities for sales: Work closely with the sales team to convert brand awareness into leads and pipeline growth.

  5. Develop localized marketing content: Create compelling event materials, messaging, and communications tailored to the Spanish HR audience.

  6. Establish Alan as a thought leader: Position Alan within the HR community through strategic collaborations, speaking engagements, and industry recognition.
