Career Description

On the  Insurance Sales Representative Trainee – Management Track  with Modern District Financial, you will be trained by the best in the industry to fulfill your potential with our Award Winning Company to do the following:

  • Use our Inside Sales Process including Scripts, Presentations, Products, and Regulations
  • Sell utilizing company provided leads
  • Help our clients with expert advice with choosing the best financial product for their situation
  • Provide fantastic customer service to your clients
  • Learn valuable leadership skills
  • We have developed successful professionals from several different backgrounds including (but limited to): Hospitality, Retail, Education, First Responders, Construction, Nurses, and many more!
  • Qualifications: Core Value Matches, Good Work Ethics, Positive Attitude, and People who want to Learn and Grow. College Degrees Preferred, Not Required. Again, only career-minded people need apply.

Compensation at Modern District Financial

  • Get Paid right away - You start at $750 / Week plus incentives
  • Sales Management Trainees average $60,000 to $70,000 while experienced Associates earn upwards of $100,000 to $150,000 (Company averages based upon Commission).
  • Experienced Managing Partners Average $250,000 / year
  • Executive Officers Average $550,000 / year
