We are looking for an IT Recruiter for a 3 to 9-month project to manage our company's recruitment activities. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for researching, sourcing, and conducting initial screenings of technical and non-technical candidates in accordance with the ApprovalMax recruiting strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Compose and publish job advertisements across various platforms including job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing utilizing internet resources, job boards, social networks, professional communities, and other applicable platforms.
Perform initial candidate screenings and coordinate technical interviews.
Collaborate with HR Operations to facilitate the hiring and onboarding processes.
Execute additional administrative tasks and growth-oriented initiatives as required.
