Description du poste

Au sein de notre Data Office, nous recherchons notre futur Data Engineer. Vous serez responsable de la conception et de la mise en œuvre d'architectures de données robustes, tout en assurant la conformité aux réglementations et en améliorant la performance des systèmes de traitement des données. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de Data, les équipes IT et les autres départements pour comprendre les besoins en données et fournir des solutions adaptées.

Vos missions principales :

  • Vous élaborez et mettez en œuvre des architectures de données solides, incluant bases de données, entrepôts de données et systèmes de traitement des données en temps réel
  • Vous planifiez et créez des structures de bases de données relationnelles pour garantir une récupération efficace et rapide des informations
  • Vous développez des systèmes capables de traiter des flux de données en temps réel pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels immédiats et assurer une prise de décision rapide
  • Vous assurez la conformité aux réglementations sur la protection des données et améliorez la performance des systèmes de traitement des données
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de Data, les équipes IT et les autres départements pour comprendre les besoins en données et fournir des solutions adaptées
  • Vous créez et mettez à jour la documentation technique, incluant guides d'utilisation et schémas techniques, pour faciliter la compréhension et la maintenance des solutions

Qualifications

  • Vous avez un diplôme de Master en informatique, en gestion des données, ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Vous justifiez de plus de 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Data Engineer
  • Vous justifiez d’une solide expérience avec les bases de données relationnelles, NoSQL, DBT, ETL (Talend ou équivalent), Python, Pyspark
  • Vous avez des compétences et connaissances avérées en conception et mise en œuvre d'architectures de données, des réglementations sur la protection des données et des meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité des données
  • Vous possédez une expérience de développement dans le Cloud – la connaissance d’Azure Databricks est un plus
  • Vous avez des notions dans les concepts et technologies suivants : Spark, agilité, AI/GenAI
