About the Role
As Office Manager, you will be the glue that holds everything together, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while providing crucial support across People Operations and IT functions. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, and impactful, covering everything from office administration and facilities management to employee engagement and compliance.
Office & Administration Support: Keep the office running efficiently, manage supplies, coordinate maintenance, and oversee general administration.
People Coordination: Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and maintaining HR records, ensuring a great experience for all team members.
IT Support Liaison: Act as the bridge between staff and IT support, ensuring systems are functioning smoothly and troubleshooting basic tech issues.
Manager Admin Support: Provide assistance to senior management, helping with reports, scheduling, and business operations.
Culture & Engagement: Help drive a positive workplace culture by coordinating events, team initiatives, and engagement activities.
Compliance & Records Management: Ensure the business meets regulatory requirements, maintain documentation, and support WHS initiatives.
Proactive & Able to meet deadlines – You’re the type of person who sees what needs to be done and makes it happen. Your able to prioritise and work within timelines.
People-Oriented – You love working with people and creating a supportive, positive work environment.
Tech-Savvy – You’re comfortable with IT systems and can troubleshoot minor tech issues.
Strong Communicator + Attention to detail – You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Accurate recording of data.
Problem-Solver – You can think on your feet, adapt quickly, and keep things moving smoothly.
Salary: $70,000-75,000
