Main attributions and responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Vendor Master Data in SAP, based on the requests;
• 1st level consultant for problems and questions related to Vendor Master Data, raised by internal partners;
• Maintains high data quality standards (set-up and improvements) by following to the rules and regulations documented in the procedures;
• Offers support in migration projects;
• Updates working procedures for the team;
• Ensures good communication with local unit and internal/external customers;
• Sets-Up and implements new requirements and processes for Vendor Master Data in close collaboration with the business functions;
• Proactivity in contributing with ideas for process improvements;
• Cleansing activities for Vendor Master Data in SAP;
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company;
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Studies:

• University Diploma;
• High school Diploma.

 Knowledge and Skills:

• Language: English and/ or another language;
• At least 2 years education or work experience in: finance, logistics or material management (purchasing);
• MS Office knowledge;
• Understanding major business processes in which master data is used;
• Ability to work in a structured and careful way;
• Technical affinities (SAP);
• High level of customer and service orientation;
• Excellent communication skills in intercultural environment;
• Logical thinking, curiosity and analysis abilities;
• Positive attitude;
• Autonomous and proactive behavior;
• Detail oriented;
• Team player and ability to work in a flexible way;
• Strong awareness of quality, reliability and responsibility.
