The incumbent in this position is responsible for the activities in the Count Room to ensure the integrity of currency counting derived from the gaming floor, as well as ensuring compliance with the Ohio Lottery Commission regulations. The incumbent is also responsible for providing extraordinary service to both the internal and external customer.

Your day-to-day duties will include delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining strict security protocols for the large amounts of cash you will be working with. You will interact with our dynamic team and utilize your skills to conduct mechanically assisted counts of table drops and bill validator boxes. Attention to detail is crucial as you'll be responsible for preparing funds for transfer to the Cage Department and documenting everything accurately. We're not just looking for someone to fill a position; we're after individuals who create positive experiences and foster relationships while working in a high-paced environment. A high school education or equivalent along with a solid background in cashiering or banking operations will put you in good stead for this role—although two months of on-the-job training will also prepare you for your responsibilities.
