Brightwheel is looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Account Executive to drive sales in the early education sector through cold calling and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities: Conduct 80-100 cold calls daily, facilitate product demonstrations, close sales, and manage client pipelines while collaborating with the onboarding team.
Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, cold calling proficiency, experience in SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and adaptability to change are essential.
Qualifications: Prior quota-carrying experience is highly preferred; a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and proficiency with CRM software is desirable.

Competitive Earnings & Uncapped Potential:
On-Target Earnings (OTE) are $100,000 in all U.S.-based locations, which includes an annualized base salary of $45,000 and uncapped variable compensation of $55,000 based on performance. Strong performers have opportunities to unlock base and OTE increases over time.
