Title: Salesforce UX/UI Designer

Location: Bangalore (Remote - 100%)

Working time: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and visually compelling mockups and prototypes for a Salesforce-based solution. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Figma for rapid mockup creation and a strong understanding of Salesforce design principles, including Lightning Design System (SLDS), Salesforce UX patterns, and best practices for user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and stakeholder teams such as business analysts, and Salesforce developers to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs and mockups.
  • Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma to visualize the Salesforce solution's user interface.
  • Ensure alignment with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and maintain consistency in UI components across the application.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve user experiences.
  • Create pixel-perfect designs that balance aesthetics with functionality while adhering to Salesforce’s UX/UI guidelines.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance user workflows and productivity within the Salesforce environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design, specifically for Salesforce applications.
  • Proficiency in Figma for creating detailed mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and its components.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce standard objects, custom objects, and key platform features.
  • Experience in designing user interfaces for enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of human-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A portfolio showcasing Salesforce-related design work is a plus.
