Growth Product Strategist

ClickUp is the world’s only all-in-one productivity platform that flexes to the way people want to work. It replaces all individual workplace productivity tools with a single, unified platform that includes project management, document collaboration, whiteboards, spreadsheets, and AI. With our headquarters based in San Diego and a rapidly expanding global presence, we are shaping the future of work. Join our team at ClickUp, one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies worldwide, and help millions of users be more productive - saving them at least one day every week. 🦄

The Growth Product Strategist will work across multiple squads, including Core, Innovation, and Growth Product, to help launch new features & products that deliver business impact. This role is highly strategic and collaborative, requiring working closely with a team of other Product Managers to drive initiatives that accelerate growth and revenue.

We're looking for someone exceptional that has led product growth teams to drive results that others thought were impossible. If you're seeking the opportunity to work with a best-in-class growth team, directly impact our most important company metrics and own some of our highest-priority initiatives, we'd love to chat 🙂.

The Role:
  • Collaborate with Core, Innovation, and Growth squads to prioritize and execute initiatives focused on:
    • Discovery and activation of existing and new core features
    • Monetization strategies for core features
    • Driving virality and expansion through our core feature set.
  • Work collaboratively with Design, Analytics and Engineering to bring initiatives to life.
  • Build close stakeholder relationships with Core Product, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing and other teams to drive monetization.
  • Help scale a world-class experimentation process to intelligently and continuously sequence experiments while ensuring our quality bar is met.
  • Work with our Growth Analytics team to identify high leverage opportunities and build a portfolio of quick wins vs big bets.
  • Own and shape our long term growth strategy.
  • Work directly with leaders and execs to share growth learnings and pitch ideas for how to take our monetization efforts to the next level.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management, Growth Strategy, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, working with multiple teams to deliver impactful results. Comfort operating without a dedicated squad and the ability to plug into existing teams as an advisor/consultant.
  • B2B SaaS experience, ideally in PLG environments: you’ve seen how growth loops work in the wild.
  • Previous experience owning and driving critical business metrics.
  • Experience running and analyzing experiments.
  • Relentless attention to detail, ability to troubleshoot metrics and issues if needed.
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Growth mindset: you see challenges as opportunities.
  • Ownership mindset: the buck stops with you.
  • Analytical mindset: you use metrics to inform decision-making and don't confuse correlation with causation.
  • First principles thinking: you start with why and work backwards from the end goal.
  • You find joy, have fun and can be yourself! We love our jobs and want team members who love theirs too.

Bonus points if:
  • You’re confident querying data on your own (SQL is your friend).
  • You know just enough HTML/CSS/JavaScript to be dangerous—or at least useful.
