The Role:

Cognizant is seeking an innovative Service Line Specialist – Data & Analytics, Gen AI for the use of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build innovative that powers modern business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team. Similarly, the candidate is a Leader who values the “team”, drives continuous improvement and is unafraid to challenge the legacy status quo with creative thoughtful-based solutions.

They are involved in all aspects of back-end development, debugging, and implementation of new applications to meet business needs. The candidate will collaborate with other teams to understand user requirements and provide solutions. This role consists working to improve the functionality of existing applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Solid experience in a business growth / sales role in data management, analytics and AI across multiple industries preferably in Life Science Domain – commercial, R&D, Clinical, Manufacturing, Supply chain etc.
  • Experience with Sales of AI solutions, AI Governance and Ethical AI. Knowledge
  • Strong exposure to selling Data & AI solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms.
  • Lead reactive and proactive conversations with Clients on Generative AI (specially LLMs), Conversational AI & cloud AIaaS .
  • Experience with large scale consulting and program execution engagements in AI and data
  • Experience with leading Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc.
  • Excellent ability and skills to influence and communicate effectively with business partners up to the C-Suite.
  • Ability to appreciate and work on 360-degree aspects around a data and insights life cycle across the business value chain.
  • Deep technical skills with ability to find technical solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with “consultative selling” is crucial.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills are required.
  • Ability to interface at all levels of an organization.
  • Consultative selling experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, customer struggles, potential opportunities in various areas like cloud, AI/ML, modern data architecture, data governance, IoT and intelligent automations are highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge in enterprise data management architecture and principles, master data management, data governance and data quality
  • Knowledge in data modernization, Cloud, data migration and digital transformation
  • MBA or master’s degree or equivalent experience from a top-ranked institution.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 04/30/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $[170,000 – 250,000 USD] depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
