You’ll play an essential role in helping our driven team manage a diverse client portfolio within a fast-paced setting. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling payment queries, executing outgoings reconciliations, and resolving any payment disputes that arise. There’s also the exciting aspect of data management, where you will be updating and processing information in our lease administration database. You’ll be validating and reviewing lease documents, managing changes related to landlords and payee details, and taking responsibility for accounts payable and receivable concerning rent and property expenses. Your excellent communication skills and proactive approach will make you a vital point of contact between clients and suppliers.
