Data Entry Clerk

The ideal person for this position has an exceptional eye for detail, expertise as a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry He/she will work closely with product owners across various lines of business to understand the objectives of the organization and prioritize any requirements. Pay rate $ 38.86 - $42.99. ( Hourly pay ) Remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various digital systems and databases.
  • Verify the accuracy of data entries by cross-referencing with source documents.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Manage and organize electronic files and records for easy retrieval.
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to clarify data-related issues and ensure data integrity.

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or remotely
  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
