YOUR TASKS
In this role you will be responsible for operating machine tools to produce precision parts to support the departments of Engineering, Maintenance, and Production. You will produce small batches or large quantities of parts and ensure products meet precise specifications according to the blueprints.

Located at our Sumter, SC facility, you will operate advanced machinery, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to produce precision parts that support Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams. Your ability to read and interpret blueprints will be invaluable as you create both small batches and large quantities of parts that meet tight specifications. In this friendly work environment, you'll calculate dimensions and tolerances with the help of micrometers and Vernier calipers, ensuring the highest quality of work. You'll also set up machines and select the right tools and materials for each task, while performing routine maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. With your 3+ years of machining experience and AAS Degree in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent, you'll thrive in our collaborative environment, working closely with supervisors and engineers.
