  • Review and contribute to Statement of Work content when required in terms of assuring alignment with scoped opportunity prior to SOW delivery to clients.
  • For complex client implementations that may include new platform capabilities, vendor capabilities, data processing requirements, or reporting requirements, the Senior Solution Architect may coordinate solutioning session with clients, Client Services Management, Operations, and Engineering, and then document the solution architecture.
  • Participate in solution development planning and execution, bringing client insight to the delivery teams, and ensuring the client needs are met (inc. custom solutions). This includes understanding of the client's intent, not just the documented requirements.
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting. Required.
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned. Required.
  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
