About The Role
  • At Culligan Quench, we’re dedicated to excellence and innovation in fleet operations. We’re looking for a proactive Fleet Administrator who thrives on optimizing processes and leveraging cutting-edge technology.

  • In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our national service van fleet - ensuring peak performance, strict regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities
  • Fleet Operations Management
Collaborate with the Fleet Manager to oversee daily activities - from scheduling vehicles and assigning drivers to coordinating maintenance and repairs - ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintenance & Inventory Oversight
Utilize advanced fleet management software and telematics to monitor vehicle conditions, schedule proactive maintenance, and maintain detailed inventory records.
  • Vendor & Partner Collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to secure top-quality, cost-effective solutions for rentals, repairs, and ongoing maintenance needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Process Enhancement
Ensure that all vehicles adhere to company standards as well as local, state, and federal regulations; prepare for inspections and audits while continuously identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Financial & Performance Reporting
Analyze performance data to uncover trends and cost-saving opportunities, and provide regular updates on key metrics to senior management.
  • Technology Integration
Support the adoption of emerging fleet technologies - such as GPS tracking and enhanced telematics—to drive operational excellence and boost efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Communication
Serve as a central liaison between drivers, vendors, and management, ensuring seamless communication and rapid resolution of any issues.
  • Administrative Support
Provide additional administrative support to facilitate day-to-day operations and contribute to strategic initiatives across the organization.


Qualifications
  • Experience
1-2years in fleet management or a related role; a degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data sets; familiarity with fleet management software and telematics systems is highly desirable.

Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

$55,000 - $65,000 a year
