Enhance the Doctor Experience: Offer personalized, empathetic support to doctors managing aesthetic or challenging cases. Foster trust through direct interaction, helping them navigate complex workflows while building comfort with Dandy's technology.
Effective Communication Management: Resolve potential miscommunication issues by facilitating real-time, clear, and thoughtful discussions. Ensure seamless collaboration and satisfaction, especially in cases requiring multiple design revisions or where alignment has been challenging.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in Removables dental design and 3+ years of in lab with hands on bench experience.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical design details into clear, actionable insights for doctors.

Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex cases and design challenges.
