What you'll do at Deel:
Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
Qualify and understand client requirements to adapt solutions effectively
Demo sophisticated software products tailored to specific client needs
Maintain up-to-date customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in our CRM system
Foster strong relationships within the sales organization to deliver the best possible experience to our clients
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product in cross-functional teams
Some key qualifications:
LATAM located only
3+ years of closing sales experience
Must have previous experience selling HR tech
A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the entire sales cycle, and adding net new logos
Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
Strong written and spoken communication in English and Spanish
