Job Functions Job Summary This intern position will work within the Sales Department to become familiar with the department. This position will assist as needed with day to day operations. Job Functions (Essential) • Observe all areas of the Sales Department. • Be introduced to the various software systems used within the department including quotation tools, reporting tools and the ERP system.• Participate in various departmental projects and assist in creating presentations and analysis of various activities.• Become familiar with sales activities and market channels.• Understand the activities necessary in the sale of engine generator sets and customer service to distributor network.• Responsible for following safety and environmental procedures.
