You'll develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, analyzing their business needs to uncover new opportunities and harnessing technological advancements to create impactful solutions. To succeed in this role, it’s essential that you have a solid mix of experience, specifically 3-5 years in the CCaaS space and at least a year in Conversational AI or Digital Transformation.
