We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to join our fast-growing payroll SaaS team, with a specific focus on the Canadian market. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our product and operations, ensuring our payroll platform remains competitive, efficient, and aligned with the needs of local users. You will work closely with cross-functional operational teams—such as payroll operations, customer support, sales, and account management—to uncover system pain points, identify enhancement opportunities, and support the successful delivery of product updates that resonate with the Canadian market.
Unlike a traditional Product Manager, this role does not interface directly with engineering. Instead, you will act as the operational lens into product development—surfacing requirements, designing and improving workflows, and ensuring seamless product-to-process alignment. While knowledge of Canada payroll legislation is important, this is not a compliance role—you will not be responsible for interpreting or implementing legislative changes. Your focus is on functionality, usability, and process scalability.
