- Provide various aspects of support for projects in the bidding and construction phases
- Maintain, monitor and take action on construction-oriented data including field reports, testing results, construction quantities, payment applications, RFIs, change orders, etc.
- Own internal communication regarding project work plan, kick off meetings, action items and team assignments
- Establish all system access for both internal and external project stakeholders (Newforma and Info Exchange as well as others as needed)
- Deliver all project-related reporting and maintain all project-related records
- Experience in Construction (preferred)
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with general technical language/terminology
- Organized - Maintains documents, notes, calendars in a neat, effective manner
- Analytical - Can review data and information to make informed decisions
- Strong Time Management - Is able to organize and prioritize tasks based on criticality and amount of time
- Conscientious - Pays attention to detail. Checks and rechecks work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Customer focused - Keeps customer requirements at top of mind when supporting projects
- Adaptable - Adjusts to ever changing environments with ease
