Mac Engineer

As a Mac Engineer at DLH, your responsibilities will include managing JAMF package management, performing routine OS and software patching of Mac endpoints, developing standard operating procedures for Mac-related tasks, and providing advanced troubleshooting for complex IT issues. You’ll also be involved in training technicians, facilitating upgrades, and serving as Tier 3 support for incidents that require more in-depth resolution.

To become a Mac Engineer at DLH, you should possess a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with at least three years of relevant work experience in Mac-related IT customer support. You'll need a strong understanding of Apple Macintosh operating systems, hands-on experience with JAMF, and solid troubleshooting skills across various IT platforms.
