We have offices in multiple locations around the globe. In this role, you'll be diving into various initiatives that ensure our compensation structures are not only competitive but also in line with our organizational goals. Your day-to-day will include assisting in the design and implementation of innovative total rewards policies, leading the development of regional pay structures, and participating in our annual rewards planning cycle. You’ll have the chance to contribute to the global incentive plan, administer the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and ensure compliance with local regulations across our offices worldwide. Your analytical skills will shine as you create detailed reports that inform decision-making, and you’ll engage with employees through compelling communications about our rewards offerings. We're looking for someone with 4-6 years of relevant experience and preferably a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
