Strategy Partner - Corporate Brands

And now we’re looking for a heavyweight strategy partner to join our team to specialise in corporate branding and identities. You’ll play a crucial role in defining, leading and delivering large projects and workstreams for our corporate clients.

You will be both a leader and natural collaborator, becoming an indispensable partner for business leaders confident in classic brand strategy such as purpose, positioning, innovation, architecture, and portfolio strategy, as well as powerful design strategies.

You’ll be part of a growing, experienced senior strategy team acting as a consultant for your clients. You’ll get your kicks from doing great work and seeing the impact that makes on your clients’ brands, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and helping to raise standards throughout the studio.

This is a permanent role, offered on a full-time or more flexible part-time working arrangement (of no less than 4 days pw).

What you will do;

  • Lead the strategic thinking from start to finish on high profile client projects - putting high quality strategic thinking at the heart of every brand
  • Craft compelling stories that make the link between business and brand strategy and show how design can help to deliver this
  • Deliver highest quality strategic content – from brand strategy and portfolio strategy through to creative ideation
  • Work across teams and geographies to lead joined up global projects
  • Facilitate and inspire others in generating ideas, leading the creative process internally and externally
  • Maintain the highest standards of output from intellectual content to confidently delivering presentations to senior client audiences - skilled in creating compelling decks with a clear strategic narrative
  • Take an active role in new business, creating inspirational pitches that win new clients and identify new growth opportunities within existing relationships.
  • Pioneering new platforms or processes that create opportunity
  • Bring a T-shaped attitude – balancing left brain organisation with right brain creativity

What you'll have done;

  • Proven impact at c-suite level with clients as a strategic partner that has helped to drive change within an established business or up-scale a fast growth challenger.
  • Rich experience in the world of corporate branding, design and identity at reputable agencies or consultancies
  • Extensive experience in brand and design with a deep expertise in the fundamental of brand strategy as well as a confident understanding in how to design and refresh brand identities
  • Speak the language of design and with knowledge of its powerful role in digital content and brand experience
  • Some experience in culture/employee engagement, customer experience, innovation, digital platforms and/or research insights and analytics
