What it’s like to work at Elve:
We are a small team (for now!) on a mission to bring the next generation of high-speed wireless connectivity to a billion people worldwide. That kind of impact is not going to be achieved with incremental improvements- we are gunning for orders of magnitude advances in production capability, cost, size, and power in the mm-wave RF amplifier market. We ask “dumb” questions all the time because we always have something to learn. We work really hard, make sure to get good sleep, handle conflict intentionally, and expect great things from each other.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
Elve is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Environmental Health and Safety Lead to join our vibrant team. As the first EHS Lead at Elve, based in Davis, California, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives in a rapidly evolving manufacturing environment. Your daily responsibilities will be dynamic and engaging, from ensuring compliance with Cal/OSHA regulations to fostering a proactive safety culture among our talented staff. Imagine building strong relationships with your colleagues while developing comprehensive training programs that empower everyone to put safety first! You’ll be at the heart of our factory operations, overseeing safety committees, weekly inspections, and managing incident tracking, all while contributing to a robust set of EHS documentation. With your hands-on experience, you’ll not only lead emergency preparedness drills and create effective safety training modules but also set the stage for a long-lasting safety culture that is vital in this cutting-edge technology space. By becoming our EHS Lead, you won't just be ensuring compliance— you'll be nurturing a safe workplace that supports our mission to revolutionize connectivity through innovative millimeter-wave power amplifiers.
