To be eligible for the Occupational Therapist (OT) role at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, you must have graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and be licensed in the state where you practice. While one year of experience is preferred, less may be accepted with the necessary approvals based on your prior experience.
