In this position, you’ll ensure the crew is delivering outstanding customer service, training them on how to make every guest's visit enjoyable. You'll oversee daily store activities, keeping tabs on everything from stock organization to ensuring our crew is meeting their goals. We value your inputs and ideas, especially when it comes to enhancing sales through great merchandising and excellent service. Additionally, you’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed, managing store operations and providing guidance during any urgent situations. Flexibility is key, as you might work various shifts, but rest assured, you'll have the opportunity to onboard and mentor new associates, sharing your knowledge on our policies and procedures. With responsibilities ranging from clerical tasks to maintaining store aesthetics, you're bound to make a difference every day at Five Below!
