As a Change and Release Management Analyst, you will be the mastermind behind coordinating and overseeing the change and release management process. Your responsibilities will include evaluating changes across IT systems to minimize disruption, reviewing and assessing change requests, and organizing Change Advisory Board meetings. You'll develop release schedules that align with our business needs, collaborating closely with Application Development teams to ensure seamless deployments. But it doesn't stop there—your role will also focus on continuous improvement by strategizing ways to enhance IT service delivery. This includes defining key performance indicators and analyzing historical changes to drive improvements. With your strong grasp of ITIL principles and best practices, you'll identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
