RESPONSIBILITIES

  • ​​Operate complex processes, adjusting diverse variables to achieve the best possible outcomes in terms of quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to simple and recurring inefficiencies. 

  • ​Carry out operational tasks by following established processes. This will involve adjusting multiple settings or parameters to meet performance standards. 
  • ​Carry out standard installation activities under detailed guidance. Troubleshoot basic technical or operational problems by applying previously defined solutions. 
  • ​Carry out standard maintenance and repair activities under detailed guidance. Troubleshoot basic technical or operational problems by applying previously defined solutions. 
  • ​Carry out relatively simple testing and quality assurance tasks. 
  • ​Follow a range of mandatory procedures and methods of work (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others.


REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent  
  • Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems 
  • Uses clear and effective verbal communications skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions, and formulating plans or policies. 
  • Manages and applies safe systems of work without supervision and provides technical guidance when required. 
  • Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives. 
  • Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop, monitor, interpret and understand policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives. 
  • Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to develop appropriate plans or perform necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements. 
  • Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to review and create relevant, lucid, and effective reports. 
  • Identifies, assesses, prioritizes, and manages risks in a production process with guidance (but not constant supervision) 
  • Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while on site, including safety glasses, ear protection, a hard hat, and steel-toed boots to ensure safety and compliance with site regulations.
