Scrum Master

To be considered for the Scrum Master position at Exadel, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience managing Scrum teams in a delivery environment, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. As a Scrum Master at Exadel, your primary responsibilities include facilitating agile practices, ensuring effective delivery from Scrum teams, and working closely with product owners and stakeholders. You'll be organizing Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives while helping the team to overcome obstacles and continuously improve their processes.
