Job Description

The purpose of the role is to develop a high-performing acquisition sales team to deliver the required new business plan as part of the overall Growth Team, as part of the broader Go to Market business.

This is a strategic sales and leadership role responsible for continuously developing, implementing, and monitoring business plans and team members to deliver the financial results through promoting and expanding the illion brands and products to the Australian and New Zealand market.

  • Experience developing and implementing sales plans and strategies to improve team effectiveness.
  • Extensive experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring sales team members to lift capability and deliver high-performance.
  • Experience in effectively engaging and motivating sales team members through enablement and empowerment ensuring individuals and teams alike are set up for success.   
  • Significant applicable industry knowledge with demonstrated experience of navigating market trends and solution needs.
  • A strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales KPIs/targets within a solutions environment within multi-national companies through new business development and customer growth.

-        Develop and drive the segment sales strategy

-        Deliver the business plan on the agreed business strategies and objectives.

-        Develop plans to ensure targets are being met in line with the balanced scorecard

-        Collaborate across the broader CET team and other business units to engage stakeholders and deliver key activities to achieve business objectives

-        Provide leadership to team members ensuring team member activity aligns to the overall business plan, and drive team engagement and performance through regular communication, and reward and recognition.

-        Coach team members to lift competency through providing regular and timely feedback, respectfully challenging perspectives to expand thinking and approach, and providing opportunities for individuals to expand their knowledge and experience.
