In this position, you will manage employee relations cases while implementing strategic projects that foster a collaborative work environment. You'll establish global ER processes while ensuring consistency and legal compliance across all our global offices, thereby creating a supportive atmosphere for our employees. This role will have you working closely with business leaders to address employee-related matters including disciplinaries, performance management, and more. With your expertise in employment law and experience in a consulting or analyst role, you will coach managers and identify trends that will drive insights for proactive interventions. Your ability to manage both projects and people relations will be essential in this fast-paced setting. Furthermore, you'll contribute to building a robust knowledge base within the Strategic Partner team and ensure that our policies align with best practices while being clear and accessible.
