Position Overview:
This is an assistant managerial position that reports to the Project Manager and/or Sr. Project Manager for the Department. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for Job Order Contracting Projects with various clients and the project team. Projects will be primarily with public agencies The Project Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with repeat clients in Higher Ed, PK-12 Education, Municipal, and Recreation.

In this position, you'll work closely with the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager to oversee Job Order Contracting Projects, primarily focusing on public agencies. You’ll play a key role in fostering long-term relationships with repeat clients in Higher Ed, PK-12 Education, Municipal, and Recreation sectors. Your responsibilities will include managing project scopes, communicating progress with the owner’s representatives, preparing budgets, selecting subcontractors, and reviewing proposals. Collaboration will be vital, as you will work alongside the superintendent to monitor construction progress while maintaining thorough project documentation. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering alongside 2-3 years of general construction experience, we’d love to hear from you!
