Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Scrum practices to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality products. Your expertise will be vital in fostering a collaborative environment, guiding the team through agile processes, and removing any obstacles that hinder progress. As a Scrum Master, you will be at the forefront of driving team success and continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate agile processes and ensure team adherence to Scrum practices.
  • Coordinate and manage sprints, including planning, execution, and retrospectives.
  • Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for team members on Agile principles and best practices.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team is productive, focused, and aligned with project goals.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and priorities.
  • Promote continuous improvement within the team by encouraging experimentation and learning.
  • Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective communication.

    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
    • At least 5+ years of experience in an agile environment.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
    • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
    • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle.
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
    • Advanced English
