We’re on the hunt for a bilingual, experienced sales professional who knows the world of flooring inside and out. You’ll help homeowners fall in love with their spaces again by guiding them through a high-touch, in-home consultation process that makes flooring feel fabulous (and never overwhelming).

What You’ll Do
  • Visit homeowners in style (and branded attire) for in-home consultations.
  • Listen, advise, and help clients choose the perfect flooring for their space and lifestyle.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers who will rave about you.
  • Use company provided technology (tablet/laptop/software) to build proposals and close deals.
  • Stay on top of trends and know your stuff when it comes to materials, style, and design.
What We’re Looking For
  • Sales Experience: 2+ years in in-home or outside sales (flooring background = gold star).
  • People Person: Excellent communicator who builds trust and gets excited about helping others.
  • Driven & Competitive: You’ve got goals, and you’re not afraid to chase them.
  • Problem Solver: Confident negotiator who handles challenges like a champ.
  • Tech Friendly: Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Google Suite, Excel, etc.
  • Reliable & Flexible: Ready to roll with your valid driver’s license and open availability.
