UX/UI Designer EMEA (F/M/D)

Are you eager to shape the user experience at the cutting edge of the digital asset landscape? At Flowdesk, we're pioneering the crypto revolution by crafting user interfaces that not only meet the moment but define it.We're seeking a creative and driven UX/UI Designer to join our EMEA team and push the boundaries of what our trading platforms can achieve.

UI Responsibilities (80%)

  • Design high-fidelity UI components and screens that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure a cohesive and scalable UI across our platforms.
  • Champion responsive and accessible design principles to ensure optimal experience across various devices and user interfaces.
  • Prepare detailed assets and specifications to seamlessly transition from design to development.

UX Responsibilities (20%)

  • Engage in user research activities including interviews, workshops, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design intentions.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results to enhance user satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 3 to 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on UI skills using tools like Figma.
  • A proven track record of developing intuitive and impactful user interfaces.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required, and French language skills are a valuable bonus.
  • Experience in the financial markets or DeFi is advantageous but not essential.
  • A curious, problem-solving mindset with a relentless passion for cutting-edge technologies and user-centered design.
