UX/UI Designer EMEA (F/M/D)

UI Responsibilities (80%)
- Design high-fidelity UI components and screens that align with our brand guidelines.
- Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure a cohesive and scalable UI across our platforms.
- Champion responsive and accessible design principles to ensure optimal experience across various devices and user interfaces.
- Prepare detailed assets and specifications to seamlessly transition from design to development.
UX Responsibilities (20%)
- Engage in user research activities including interviews, workshops, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design intentions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results to enhance user satisfaction.

What we’re looking for
- At least 3 to 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on UI skills using tools like Figma.
- A proven track record of developing intuitive and impactful user interfaces.
- Professional proficiency in English is required, and French language skills are a valuable bonus.
- Experience in the financial markets or DeFi is advantageous but not essential.
- A curious, problem-solving mindset with a relentless passion for cutting-edge technologies and user-centered design.
