Our first product is an AI scribe that automates medical documentation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join Freed as a Senior Brand Designer and play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity in an emerging space. You’ll have the opportunity to create striking, memorable marketing assets — from digital campaigns to out-of-home to TV commercials — that capture our innovative spirit and drive our story forward. As part of the Creative Team, you’ll report directly to the Creative Director within the Marketing org. You'll explore new design trends, experiment with emerging technologies (including AI-driven design), and craft impactful work that resonates with clinicians. If you’re passionate about building an interesting, dynamic brand and pushing creative boundaries, we’d love to see your work come to life at Freed.

HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT

  • Develop fresh, on-brand visuals for both digital and offline campaigns that resonate with clinicians.

  • Work alongside other creatives, marketing, product, and external partners to ensure all assets align with Freed’s brand vision and strategic goals.

  • Independently manage projects from concept through execution, iterating quickly in a dynamic environment.

  • Assist in refining and upholding brand guidelines to ensure visual coherence across all marketing channels.

  • Leverage your creative expertise — including interest in AI-driven design — to push boundaries and introduce new approaches to marketing design.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in brand design for SaaS companies or similar industries, with a portfolio that highlights diverse marketing asset creation.

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Webflow.

  • Ability to work across various media (digital and offline) and adapt to a range of design challenges with a consistent, high-quality output.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental startup setting.

  • You’ll be a key collaborator in supporting our brand strategy and working with cross-functional partners.

NICE TO HAVES

  • Experience in SaaS B2C and B2B marketing design

  • Proficient in AI-powered creative tools and an ethical approach to their use

  • Background in building and evolving brand identities for dynamic startups
