Job Title: Regional Head of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing, EMEAC

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Head of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing to lead the digital media, influencer marketing, and ecommerce strategy and activities across the EMEAC region for its portfolio of dermo-cosmetic brands, in line with the Global strategy.
This role will be pivotal in driving the digital presence of our diverse portfolio of brands, enhancing customer engagement, and accelerating growth through innovative digital strategies. You will lead a transformative journey to elevate our digital presence to the next level, and lead and inspire a team of digital marketing and ecommerce professionals across the region, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
The role reports to Head of Cx EMEAC.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic and thought Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and ecommerce strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales across all digital platforms, aligning with overall business objectives, global and regional brand strategy, and market-specific needs
Campaign Management: Steer local planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns and retail media initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand goals and KPI’s.
Create regional consistency with regards to planning, activation processes, and performance measurement.
Oversee the creation of compelling digital content, ensuring the implementation of global brand content and assets. Additionally, create supplementary regional content as needed in a coordinated manner, maximizing synergies and achieving scale.
Influencer Marketing: support countries in identifying, collaborating, and managing relationships with key influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences.
Budget Management and ROI Tracking: Monitor and analyse performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives. Support countries in ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Agency Relationship Management: Oversee the regional hub model setup with the media planning agency, ensuring efficient and effective media planning and buying processes across different markets. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between agency and countries.
Customer Management: Build and manage partnerships with ecommerce customers who have a multi-country presence. Establish business with new online platforms and steer retail media investments to maximize conversion and ROI. Manage alignment with key internal stakeholders on the business objectives.
Market and Media Insights: Stay updated on digital media and ecommerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies to ensure Galderma dermo-cosmetic brands stay at the forefront of the market.
Market and Team Collaboration: Collaborate with global stakeholders to align regional and local digital marketing and ecommerce efforts with the overall brand strategy. Work closely with local markets to ensure effective and cohesive execution of strategies.
Skill Building: Lead initiatives to enhance digital media and ecommerce capabilities across the region. Provide ongoing support and guidance to markets, tailoring involvement based on each markets capabilities and resources.
Skills & Qualifications
A minimum of 12 years of experience in the following areas: Digital transformation, Media and advertising strategy, Digital media investment management and campaign execution, Content creation, Performance marketing, eCommerce Platform management, Retail media, Search Optimization.
The incumbent preferably must have acquired digital transformation experience from a Consumer Product Goods company and/or an eCommerce retailer.
Proven ability to excel in collaboration with different stakeholders, ensuring cohesive and integrated digital initiatives.
Demonstrated transformative leadership skills, with a track record of driving the business to the next level of excellence.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high pressure on results, showing creativity and resourcefulness to get things done with minimal resources.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to inspire and manage a team of digital marketing and ecommerce professionals.
