For one of our clients, we are looking for a Field Marketing Manager, remotely from United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of both virtual and in-person marketing campaigns that engage prospects and generate high-quality leads. Your focus will be on planning impactful events, including trade shows, roundtables, and webinars, while collaborating closely with sales teams to align campaigns with revenue objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and communication skills, along with experience in driving lead generation and optimizing marketing performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute a variety of marketing events, including virtual conferences, trade shows, webinars, and roundtables to engage with prospects and drive lead generation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, from concept to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.
  • Work closely with sales operations and marketing automation teams to ensure smooth lead flow, accurate scoring, and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the content and product marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and sales enablement content.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and maximize the ROI of marketing programs.
  • Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to achieve program goals.

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in executing live and digital marketing activities, including trade shows, virtual events, and ABM campaigns.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
