Le groupe Expérience digitale conçoit et met en œuvre notre plateforme digitale, permettant à nos partenaires de gérer leurs interactions avec notre écosystème en toute fluidité. Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un Gestionnaire de produit talentueux et passionné pour assurer le succès de notre portail B2B.

Vous définirez la vision produit, collaborerez avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et veillerez à une exécution fluide des besoins métiers. Vous prendrez l'entière responsabilité du produit web, superviserez la feuille de route et la priorisation des fonctionnalités, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe pour garantir le succès et générer une valeur mesurable pour les équipes internes comme pour les partenaires externes.

À quoi ressemblera votre journée :

  • Diriger la phase d’idéation produit et la conception des premiers concepts en recherchant les tendances en expérience utilisateur, en analysant les portails B2B haut de gamme, et en développant des prototypes initiaux pour explorer de nouvelles idées avec les parties prenantes
  • Définir et piloter la feuille de route produit en traduisant les besoins métier en fonctionnalités priorisées — en fonction de leur valeur et complexité — et en alignant la livraison avec les objectifs stratégiques
  • Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vie du produit, de l’idéation au lancement, en définissant le business case, en collaborant avec les Responsables de Flux de Valeur, et en affinant les besoins pour en faire des spécifications produits concrètes et actionnables
  • Être responsable du backlog produit : rédiger des user stories détaillées avec des critères d’acceptation clairs, et garantir des livraisons ponctuelles et de haute qualité en partenariat avec l’équipe de développement
  • Agir en tant que garant principal de l’expérience utilisateur (UX) pour assurer une cohérence et une intuitivité sur l’ensemble des fonctionnalités du portail. S’aligner avec l’architecte et l’équipe de livraison sur la faisabilité technique et une mise en œuvre efficace selon les méthodologies agiles
  • Définir et suivre les indicateurs clés de succès et de performance du produit (KPIs), en s’appuyant sur des données pour surveiller les performances, évaluer les résultats et améliorer en continu les capacités du portail ainsi que la valeur délivrée aux utilisateurs

Pour en connaitre plus sur vous :

  • Baccalauréat en commerce, en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience en gestion de produit dans le domaine des logiciels web ou du secteur technologique
  • Esprit axé sur les résultats, doté d’un solide leadership et capable de prendre des décisions rapides et efficaces dans des environnements dynamiques
  • Penseur créatif avec d’excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et une passion pour relever les défis métier grâce à des solutions innovantes et technologiques
  • Capacité exceptionnelle à gérer plusieurs priorités tout en gardant le cap sur les objectifs stratégiques à long terme
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, avec une capacité avérée à favoriser l’alignement et à construire des relations solides entre les équipes
  • Esprit collaboratif, avec un solide historique de succès transverses, notamment avec les équipes de livraison, UX et ingénierie
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (ce poste nécessite des interactions avec nos collaborateurs et clients internationaux)

Expertise technique :

  • Expérience avérée dans le développement de portails web B2B (React) et dans une collaboration étroite avec les équipes UX
  • Excellente maîtrise des méthodologies Agile, incluant la gestion de backlog, la documentation fonctionnelle, et l’alignement des besoins métier avec l’exécution technique
  • Solide bagage technique, avec une bonne compréhension de l’intégration d’API et de la gestion des processus métier
  • Compétences analytiques avancées pour définir et suivre les KPIs, évaluer la performance et prendre des décisions basées sur les données

  • Expérience au sein d’une organisation structurée autour de flux de valeur (Value Stream)
  • Familiarité avec les plateformes Microsoft Dynamics (Sales, Customer Service, Copilot Studio) ainsi qu’avec les outils d’automatisation des workflows
  • Bonne connaissance d’Azure ou d'autres plateformes cloud pour l’automatisation des processus et l’intégration de systèmes

Your team’s dynamic:

The Digital Experience group designs and implements our digital platform, enabling partners to manage their interactions with our ecosystem seamlessly. As we expand, we seek a talented and passionate Product Manager to drive the success of our B2B portal.

You will define product vision, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless execution of business needs. You will take full ownership of the web product, overseeing the roadmap and feature prioritization, working closely with the team to ensure success and driving measurable value for both internal teams and external partners.

What your day will look like:

  • Lead product ideation and early concept design by researching user experience trends, benchmarking high-end B2B portals, and building early prototypes to explore new ideas with stakeholders
  • Define and drive the product roadmap by translating business needs into prioritized features –based on value and complexity – and aligning delivery with strategic goals
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining the business case, collaborating with Value Stream Owners, and refining needs into actionable product specifications
  • Own and manage the product backlog, writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases in partnership with the delivery team
  • Act as the primary custodian for UX to ensure cohesive and intuitive user experiences across portal features. Align with the Architect and delivery team for technical feasibility, and effective implementation using agile methodologies
  • Establish and track product success metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to monitor performance, evaluate outcomes and continuously enhance portal capabilities and user value

More about you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of product management experience in web software or technology sector
  • Results-driven mindset with strong leadership and the ability to make fast, effective decisions in dynamic environments
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for solving business challenges through innovative, tech-enabled solutions
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus on long-term strategic objectives
  • Excellent communicator with a proven ability to foster alignment and build strong relationships across teams
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of cross-functional success, particularly with delivery, UX, and engineering teams
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)

Technical requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B web portal development (React) and working closely with the UX team
  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including backlog management, feature documentation, and alignment of business needs with technical execution
  • Strong technical background with understanding of API integration and business process management
  • Advanced analytical skills to define and track KPIs, assess performance, and make data-driven decisions

Great if you have:

  • Experience working within a Value Stream-centered organization
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics platforms (Sales, Customer Service, Copilot Studio) and workflow automation tools
  • Exposure to Azure or other cloud-based platforms for process automation and integration
