Role Summary

You'll support architecting our practical AI-enabled product suite for startup financial operations. Working closely with our finance experts, you'll translate domain knowledge into scalable solutions that solve real problems. Key Responsibilities

  • Client-Centric Rapid Prototyping: Collaborate directly with founders to design, build, and iterate on AI-powered solutions that solve operational bottlenecks and unlock operational excellence.

  • Technical Execution: Ship production-ready code across the stack – from API integrations to intuitive dashboards – distilling CFO Advisors best in class workflows into scalable user experiences.

  • Product Management: Convert strategic product goals into technical blueprints and phased deliverables, prioritizing features that deliver measurable ROI.

  • AI Architecture & Innovation: Implement intelligent systems that transform financial data into actionable insights, while continuously staying at the forefront of emerging AI capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency: 2+ years of full-stack development experience with modern web frameworks. Ability to build and ship products independently

  • Proven Builder: Demonstrated track record of building and shipping software products, either professionally or through significant personal projects

  • Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and financial concepts into code

  • Customer First Product Mindset: Ability to understand user needs and build practical, user-focused tools that solve real problems

  • Bias for Action: Balance thoughtful planning with fast execution. Comfortable making decisions quickly without perfect information.

  • Versatility: Enthusiasm for wearing multiple hats—iterating with customers, managing product development, and shipping features rapidly in a dynamic startup environment.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

Hybrid (3 days in-office) in either our NYC, SF, or Austin offices

Compensation + Perks

  • Base salary range: $120K-$160K

  • Annual Performance Bonus
