AI Technical Lead

As an AI Technical Lead with us, you'll drive innovation and technical excellence by leading a dedicated development team. We are looking for candidates with over five years of software development experience, including at least three years focused on AI/ML. A strong background in developing NLP solutions with Python and using frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch is essential. Additionally, experience in implementing RAG and other advanced AI methodologies will position you for success in this role.

Our AI Technical Lead position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. The schedule is flexible, catering to your productivity preferences, but you'll participate in team meetings twice a week to stay connected and aligned with the team’s objectives.
