As a Brand Ambassador, you will work with program management to execute scheduled program activities. Brand ambassadors will be at a signed promotion station, building brand and company awareness and gaining exposure at promotional program activities. 

As a Brand Ambassador, you will  attend program trainings to keep up to date on current and relevant promotions and information related to their position. This position may involve occasional travel on a local level.  All brand ambassadors will also complete all other duties as assigned by program management and/or GMR Corporate Staff.

This position is a 5 day activation from 4/17 - 4/21 at the Las Vegas Convention Center for the Wrestlemania event.

REQUIRED SKILLS

GMR Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Represent GMR Marketing in a professional manner at all times.
  • Effectively and professionally communicate with teammates, consumers, and staff.
  • Maintain a positive and motivated attitude in all situations.
  • Adhere to and understand all rules, regulations, and procedures.
  • Remain open to feedback, guidance, and direction as it pertains to job performance and personal growth.
  • Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  • Be extremely punctual and effectively manage time
  • Direct behavior to emphasize the achievement of program and individual goals as well as core values.
  • Consistently motivated to meet or exceed desired team and individual results and goals
  • Meet or exceed expectations and objectives of the program.
  • Provide timely communication to management.

 

                       

Program Essential Competencies, Duties, & Responsibilities:

  • Event preparation and set-up (banners, step & repeats, signage)
  • Gift Bag Stuffing pack gifts and carry to gifting location within the venue 
  • Checking guests in using the Orchestrate platform, providing guests with wrist bands and event credentials, and distributing gift bags to guests upon the conclusion of the event
  • Capture photos of guests through the preferred photo platform using a provided tablet/phone and capturing guest information and details for final photo delivery
  • Working a tablet for guest registration and photo experience
  • Event teardown includes breaking down and packing boxes with various event materials and light clean up post event 
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time 

 

Program Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Ability to organize and work a registration table 
  • Tech savvy to operate tablets for registration and photo experience
  • Very personable and outgoing; Friendly to greet guest
  • Flexible with onsite duties in the realm of event set up and execution  

GMR Brand Ambassador Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Have reliable transportation to get to and from events
  • Wear required uniform
  • Attend all mandatory trainings

 

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • One year work experience in related field
  • Strong Communication, interpersonal, and organization skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task

 

Language Ability:

Written and conversational knowledge of the English language and grammar

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

 

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle or touch objects or controls and talk or hear.  The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach above shoulders.  Employees must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds in weight.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
