Asset Impact is seeking a Client Relationship Manager, whose primary responsibilities will be to own the end-to-end client management process, spanning client onboarding, relationship management, product demonstration, product delivery, and post-delivery support. The Client Relationship Manager will also support the sales process and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify expansion opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and analytical, enjoy structuring new processes and organizing various resources around these, as well as engaging externally with clients and key partners. The position requires a self-starter with an ability to quickly build knowledge of our data products, based on previous experience in sustainability and/or in the financial industry. In this role, you will be part of the Business Development Team and work closely with the Chief Business Development Officer, other business development representatives, as well as other teams such as Marketing & Communications, Product, and Technology.
We work with large global financial institutions, governments, consultancies, and non-profit organizations to help catalyse action on climate change. In your role, you will define and own processes concerning management and support relationships with existing clients and partners, which includes responsibilities in the following areas:
