Primary Job Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the off-site construction sector.
Build and maintain a network of potential clients through research, networking events, and industry connections.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve target revenues and market share.
Client Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate off-site construction solutions.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to discuss progress, address any concerns, and gather feedback.
Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure client expectations are met and overall project success.
Sales and Marketing
Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of off-site construction.
Develop and maintain sales collateral, such as brochures, case studies, and website content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and generate leads.
Account Administration
Maintain accurate client records, including contact details, interactions, and sales activities, using a CRM system.
Track and report on sales performance, forecasting future revenue opportunities and potential risks.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities or potential challenges.

Required Education/ Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of proven experience as an account manager or sales representative in the construction industry, preferably with knowledge of off-site construction.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Required Skillsets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction and be able to address any issues or concerns that arise.
Strong organizational skills to be able to manage multiple accounts and projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Good understanding of construction processes and procedures and stay up to date on technology and best practices.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
