The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and curious Senior Director of Analytics to standup and lead a small but high-performing Analytics team that blends data, advanced analytics, and a deep sense of curiosity to uncover insights to previously unanswered questions that drive strategic decision-making and commercial performance. Central to this role is the ability to work in a highly matrixed organization to build analytical frameworks to best understand leaders, companies and the unique combinations that drive success in an ever-changing world. You will play a critical role in shaping our data-driven culture, designing experiments, and ensuring that analytics are at the heart of our decision-making processes.
Heidrick Labs is a pioneering research and innovation division dedicated to transforming organizational leadership through cutting-edge insights and advanced analytics. Our multidisciplinary team combines expertise in data science, psychology, and business strategy to develop forward-thinking solutions that help companies navigate complex workplace challenges. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable working across the analytics lifecycle—from data acquisition to insight generation and stakeholder communication. Pay Range Guidelines for this Position:
The salary range for this position is 170000 USD to 200000 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills. In addition to your salary, Heidrick & Struggles offers discretionary bonuses (subject to eligibility requirements) and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
