About the role and team
As Lead Developer, you’ll join a dedicated chapter responsible for developing and maintaining webshop solutions for private customers across the Nordics. Our applications, primarily built on the .NET platform, require ongoing innovation and careful maintenance. You'll be actively involved in the full software development lifecycle—from analysis and design to deployment and ongoing support—in a team committed to continuous delivery and shared accountability.

What you'll do:
Development and Architecture:
Design and implement robust and scalable software solutions.
Ensure high-quality, maintainable code and stay updated on relevant technologies.
Advocate for quality assurance practices, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
Technical Leadership:
Guide and mentor a skilled team of developers.
Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to transform business needs into technical solutions.
Team Collaboration:

Who are you?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and Azure cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps).
Proficiency in database design and SQL.
Experience with front-end development (React).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience from e-commerce and digital sales in B2C
Fluent in Swedish and English
