We are looking for a Director of Advanced Illness Management (AIM) to join our team. This position will directly report to the AVP of Advanced Illness Management and is responsible for the overall clinical and financial operations of the Advanced Illness Management Program.

Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece. Salary Range $96,000-$120,000
